Each individual plan has different allowances for routine eye exams, hardware (contact lens exams, contact lenses and glasses) and medical eye exams. We are happy to check into the benefit details and current eligibility of your plan before your appointment. Please have your insurance information ready when booking over the phone or scheduling online.
We also accept Care Credit for no interest financing over six months!
Out-of-network Benefits?
If you have vision coverage we are out-of-network with, we are happy to provide you with the receipts and documentation you may need for reimbursement from your insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee a reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please reach out to your insurance provider for details on seeing an out-of-network provider and the process for submitting for reimbursement.
